L'appartamento è situato al primo piano del vecchio fienile, con ingresso indipendente a cui si accede dalla scala esterna.
E' composto da una camera matrimoniale nel soppalco mansardato, un bagno con doccia e da un'ampia cucina soggiorno, con divano letto alla francese, finemente arredato e personalizzato con alcuni mobili antichi friulani.
E' dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, Tv satellitare, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. E' completamente accessoriato di tutta la biancheria per la camera e per il bagno e di tutto quanto necessario per cucinare.

The apartment is located on the first floor of what used to be the old hayloft, with separate entrance from the external stairway.
It consists of a double bedroom in the mansarded mezzanine, bathroom with shower and an ample open plan kitchen-lounge with French style single sofa bed.
The apartment is furnished with style and personalised with several pieces of antique Friulian furniture.
It has a separate heating system, satellite TV, refrigerator and dish-washer.
All the bedroom and bathroom linen is provided as well as everything that is needed in the kitchen.

Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock des alten Heuschobers, mit separatem Eingang, zu dem man nur durch eine Außentreppe Zugang hat. Es besteht aus einem Doppelbett-Zimmer unter dem Dach, einem Bad mit Dusche, einer geräumigen Wohnküche, einem ausziehbaren Sofa, dass sich in ein französisches Bett umwandelt, einer schicken Einrichtung und einigen antiken Möbeln aus Friaul, die dem Ganzen eine persönliche Note verleihen.
Die Heizung ist autonom und zur Ausstattung gehören: Satellitenfernsehen, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, die gesamte Bettwäsche und Handtücher und sämtliches Kochgeschirr.
