L'appartamento è situato al primo piano dell'antica casa friulana, con ingresso indipendente a cui si accede dal ballatoio della scala esterna.
E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e da un'ampia cucina soggiorno, con divano letto singolo, finemente arredato e personalizzato con alcuni mobili antichi friulani.
E' dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, stufa a legna, Tv satellitare e frigorifero.
E' completamente accessoriato di tutta la biancheria per la camera e per il bagno e di tutto quanto necessario per cucinare.

Apartment A
The apartment is on the first floor of the ancient Friulian house.
It has a separate entrance from the landing of the external stairway.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, an ample open plan kitchen-lounge with single sofa bed. It is furnished with style and personalised with several pieces of antique Friulian furniture.
It has a separate heating system, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV and refrigerator.
All the bedroom and bathroom linen is provided as well as everything that is needed in the kitchen.

Apartment A
Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock des alten friaulischen Landhauses, mit separatem Eingang, zu dem man nur durch eine Außentreppe und über einen außen herum laufenden, mit einem Geländer abgesicherten Gang Zugang hat.
Es besteht aus einem Doppelbett-Zimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche und einer geräumigen Wohnküche, mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa-Bett für eine Person, einer schicken Einrichtung und einigen antiken Möbeln aus Friaul, die dem Ganzen eine persönliche Note verleihen.
Die Heizung ist autonom und zur Ausstattung gehören: ein Holzofen, Satellitenfernsehen, ein Kühlschrank, die gesamte Bettwäsche und Handtücher und sämtliches Kochgeschirr.
